一、使用统一的信纸(邮件背景),好有公司的商标,主要产品的图片类别等等。外贸管理软件中可以自动设置档此、修改,再进行使用。

二、格式正确,统一,邮件主题合理,拼写无误。所有发给客户的邮件应该采用统一的格式。外贸管理软件可以帮助设置相应的格式与主题。

(1)邮件主题最好有公司名字等,比如公司名字是E_PORT,行业是PLASTIC,这封邮件的内容是给一款产品报价,那么主题可以写E_port Plastic/quotation of item A. 这样有一个好处,可以方便客户以及你自己以后查找给客户的信息,对于来往邮件很多的客户,开始的时候我往往要花很多时间去查找以前的报价以及 其它 资料,但是现在通过主题就很方便知道邮件大概内容是什么,节省很多时间。

怎样写好推销邮件首次联络

现行的外贸沟通方式,大家主要是在用:电子邮件来和客人进行沟通的。我在这里就很多人常常不知道怎样写好第一封推销电邮给买家,及怎样来回复买家的查询邮件做些文字说明。

第一封外贸推销邮件在外贸业务中可能就如我们和陌生人交往时彼此之间留下的第一印象。有些人就能够给别人留下好印象,有些人给别人留下不好印象。这印象好与坏,其实我们每个人只要真正注意,也能够做到完满的结局。 那么,我们第一次和陌生人的买家邮件交往中怎样能给买家带来好的印象呢?我想,我们要做好这个最重要的准备工作:对自己的产品要百分百熟悉,特别是自己要推销的某种新产品,对其必须要做全方位的深入了解。我们不脊基妨问这些问题:这次我们要给买家介绍的是何种产品及推销该产品的哪个卖点?我们的卖点会不会是很多同行都在推销的?我们的卖点是不是现在这个客人需要的?或会不会是客人未来需要的?然后再来电函写作。在知道这些问题答案后,我们下面来研究写第一封英文函电时要注意哪些细节,哪些是比较适用的,有效的方法。

写第一封英文函电,首先我们必须有个好的标题。吸引买家注意的标题,这样买家才有可能开启看我们的邮件。就象我们第一次和人见面,要将自己装扮的漂亮点,帅一点,精神点一样,来吸引大家。哪些标题才算吸引人,我想大家不妨去看看Yahoo上的产品推销广告其实很多英文网站都可以看到,看看人家老外用何种标题来推销他们的产品的。仔细研究一下,我想就知道了。很简单,只要我们COPY他们自己习惯的做法就OK。 其次我们必须简单扼要,一目了然。推销的文字不要多,不要太长。记住:越简单越好。简单最美。但是不要因为简单而忘记自己产品的卖点。

通常我们是这样来写的: 第一段:简明扼要的告诉客人我们怎样得知他需求资讯,最好是一句话就OK。 第二段:简单扼要的告诉客人我们是该产品的专业生产商或供应商,我们有上乘质量及具有竞争力的价格。现特别推荐我们的新产品,畅销的一品种来给客人。最多不要超过两句话。 第三段:详细地描述所推荐产品,越全面越好。通常是对产品品名,效能,材料,FOB/CIF价格,产品规格,包装规格,技术引数,付款方式,生产时间,样品提供情况等每一环节要做详细介绍,但也不能太累赘。 第四段:希望能够得到客人的评价及回复,如有任何疑问,欢迎随时沟通,我们便在第一时间给予客人的回复。最好是一句话。

第五段:一句话,那就是我们公司的详细联络方式,最好含有公司的电子邮件地址,公司的网页。方便客人更好回复及更多对我们的了解。 而往往我们很多人问题就是太多的文字来说明我们自己的公司背景,其实这是很大的败笔。因为,买家每天收到很多推销邮件,很少有时间来研究你的公司背景。买家常常将繁琐的文字做垃圾邮件来处理,可能不看我们辛苦写的长长推销邮件。买家何时才会研究我们公司的背景呢?可能是在想和我们真正发生业务合同时,才会用时间研究我们公司的背景资料。一旦,买家研究我们公司的背景,可能那是一个好的讯息:买家可能要向我们购买产品了。然而,到这种地步不可能是第一封邮件能做到的,也不是第一封邮件要去做的。

怎么写推销邮件

大家都知道,做外贸业务员最常做的事就是写推销邮件。相信每一个业务员,无论是新人老人,都会遇到写了大量的推销邮件却石沉大海,回复很少。究竟怎样的推销邮件才能引起客户的注意,让客户回复,是我们大家共同面对的问题。就我个人的经验来看,一封成功的推销邮件从邮件的标题到内容,再到签名都是有技巧的。

第一, 邮件主题: 必须简单明了,并且一目了然。和我们一样,客户每天也收到大量的邮件,客户首先看到的除了发件人名称外就是标题。标题是吸引客户注意力的第一步,也是最关键的一步。一般尽量采用和产品相关的,比如"Titanium Dioxide"或者"Titanium Dioxide factory"或者"20 years experienced Titanium Dioxide producer" "TiO2 supplier from Canton Fair"等等。总之可以想很多种,但是避免雷同。需要注意的是还需要与正常给客户回复邮件的主题区别开。这样在整理删除推销邮件的时候可以清楚的分类,不会误删重要的回复邮件。

第二, 邮件正文: 目前大家采用的推销邮件大部分都是小推销邮件。就是针对某种产品写的推销邮件。具体内容在此就不多讲。在此指出一下新人刚开始写推销邮件时容易出现的小问题。

1,介绍的长但产品不够突出,缺乏关键词。很多人都习惯在第一段介绍公司,可能客户两三行还没看出你是做什么的。而且我们是中性推销,所以邮件内容最好突出产品效能,弱化公司资讯。其实客户看每一封信,都会习惯先扫几眼,如果你的信无法在两三秒内让客户明白你是做什么的。那么你是客户的话,你会回这样的邮件吗?所

以介绍的时候必须言之有物,简单明了,突出主题。此处可以和邮件的主题对应,突出你推销的产品。还拿钛白粉为例,可以说是二十年钛白粉工厂,先进的氯化法生产工艺,良好的遮盖力和着色力,经久耐用,已经得到全球三十多个国家上百个客户的检验,产品效能接近杜邦R902等等。另外,个人感觉邮件的第二行中间位置必须出现产品的关键词,用关键词吸引住客户去关注邮件的内容。整篇推销邮件中关键词可以加粗,换种颜色,甚至放大字号以达到醒目的效果。不过颜色上面注意不要选择红色。

2,推销邮件写的过长,句子也比较长,用一些书面化的词。其实很多客户也不是英语系国家的,太长的东西不仅罗嗦,也会让人本能的不想去看,太复杂客户也看不懂。我们要做的是用最简单的词让客户明白我们想向他传达的意思就可以了。尽量写的简单些。突出重点。平时可以多看看客户的回复,多学习学习客户对问题的表述方法。

3, 邮件喜欢新增图片。这也不是不可以。带图片会使推销邮件显得更生动。只是图片插入尽量不要用附件的形式,并且插入的时候先把图片的大小调整下,太大的图片很可能被伺服器遮蔽。

4, 对产品了解不详细。对产品的专业性了解非常重要,你卖一样东西,必须先了解才能更好的卖出去了。新人大部分对产品比较陌生,在推销某种产品的时候,最好对这个产品再深入了解下,比如原材料是什么,主流产地工厂在哪,市场价格,产能,生产工艺,主要市场。这样在推销的时候可以事半功倍。

5, 落款。因为是中性推销,下面不带公司名称。落款如果只留一个名字会显得比较单薄,可以带职务,邮箱,广告语,MSN等。虽然没有公司名称电话,但是也要看起来是一个整体。一封推销邮件写完之后,自己可以换位思考下,想想自己是客户,看到会不会回。也可以同部门之间互相看看。互相提提意见。毕竟众人拾柴火焰高嘛。

第三, 关于阅读回执的利用。推销邮件发的多了,会喜欢定阅读回执来判断客户是否读了邮件。但是也会发现很多客户虽然读了邮件却没有回复。这可能是多方面的原因造成的。比如暂时没有需求,比如你的推销邮件他不感兴趣。针对这种客户,可以再回访一遍给你"READ"的客户。这样也方便客户加深印象。我们部门以前就有同事的订单是在对READ的回访中跟踪出来的。回访的时候可以再换一种模式发封推销邮件。也可以问问客户看到了我们的邮件,近期有没有需求,此类产品的需求量是多少,采购周期是多久等等,甚至可以直接给客户报价。总之,一个客户资源要充分的利用。也没有客户是在第一封信后就下单的。

第四, 补充个题外话,经常有新人问怎么在网上开发客户。最简单也最有效的方法是每天发名片后,如果还有多余时间,不要急着换名片,把名片上有备注的客户邮箱放到GOOGLE中搜索一下,会有不错的收获.很多老业务其实现在也还是在用这种方法在找客户,与其去大范围去找国家黄页,大海捞针般的去找企业名录,不如踏踏实实利用好现有的名片资源。毕竟名片上的客户都是真实的,我们同事曾经交谈过的。由他们连结出来的客户大部分也都是有效的。

总而言之,业务推销是一个持续的过程,贵在坚持。量变引起质变。再多的技巧其实也都不如踏踏实实的多发些推销邮件。我们现有的客户资源那么多,当你每个月的量都达到上万封以后,成交只是个时间问题。希望以上对大家有所帮助,祝大家201X年多多出单。
